Our Health Insurance Plans

Compunnel partners with the Anthem BCBS insurance provider to provide comprehensive health insurance coverage through two different plans: Silver and Gold. You have the flexibility to select the plan that works best for you and your family/dependents.

Eligibility

All U.S.-based full-time employees working at least 30 hours/week are eligible for the benefits outlined in this guide.

Insurance Participation/ Enrolment for New Employees

There is a 30-day waiting period for insurance enrollment with our provider, Anthem BCBS (TPA: Leading Edge Administrators). Here are a couple of examples to show how it works:

Example 1: If an employee joins us on January 01, 2025, their insurance becomes effective from February 01, 2025. The last date to enroll in insurance as a new hire will be January 31, 2025.

Example 2: If an employee joins us on January 04, 2025, their insurance coverage will begin on March 1, 2025. The last date to enroll in insurance as a new hire will be February 28, 2025.

Employees can select the plan that best fits their healthcare needs and financial preferences. Health Saving Account (HSA)

A Health Savings Account (HSA) is a savings account that belongs to you and is paired with the Silver Health (high deductible) Plan. It allows you to make tax-free contributions
to a savings account to pay for current and future medical expenses for you and your dependents. Health Equity is the HSA administrator.

HSA Annual Contribution Limits

Tax year: 2026

Individual coverage limit: $4,400

Family coverage limit: $8,750

*At age 55, members can contribute an additional $1,000 beyond IRS limits.
